Puppies
Puppy training to help with the basics and give you and your pup the skills to grow together positively and confidently.
We will cover confidence-building and appropriate socialisation, basic training and games to help you develop a healthy bond with your puppy. We will build a solid foundation for loose-lead walking, recall and household manners. I can also help with household management and teething issues, including the ‘puppy biting’ phase.
Adolescent dogs
Is your dog no longer a puppy, but not quite grown up? Adolescence can be a tough time for dogs, and for their people. It may feel like your dog has forgotten all their puppy training and needs to start over!
By continuing training through this tricky period you can continue to grow your relationship with your dog during their ‘teenage’ years.
Adult dogs
Adult dog training focuses on reinforcing good behaviour, addressing any challenges, and enhancing your dog’s overall wellbeing. Whether it’s loose-lead walking, recall, or household manners, barking, jumping up…. we can work on it and make real improvements!
Senior Dogs
If you have a more senior dog, training games can help to boost their cognitive function and keep them alert, active and optimistic.
Children and Dogs

What I offer:
1-2-1 training
Personalised support is often the best way to improve your dog’s behaviour and tackle problems. One-to-one sessions are tailored to you, your household, and your dog’s specific needs.
I offer in-person training in your home, online tuition via video calls, or a combination of the two. This service includes resources, a follow-up summary, and continuing support via phone calls or online.
Classes
Blocks of classes running throughout the year in Auchtermuchty and Largo.
Maximum of six dogs per class.
Classes focus on general dog life skills and are tailored to the group.

Workshops
‘One off’ workshops allow you to focus on developing particular skills to take out into the real world.
Workshops I offer include:

- Basic Scentwork
All workshops include:
- Carefully chosen training games for the focus of the workshop,
- Mechanics for teaching the games,
- Some theory behind games-based training and the methods we use,
- Resources and follow-up notes for the session.
